Each theme is provided in two age groups 3-6, 6-9 years and can be integrated within grade or phases per these ages. The content is easy to follow, plan and prep for and is adaptable to all environments and sizes. Each theme does not go outdated, can be revisited and reused within the school grades as children love exploring SEL subjects over again as they grow and develop emotionally.

You, the owner, decide how to implement these materials within your own practice, classroom, or home. Whether you'd like to cover a wellness theme per week or per month. This can be adjusted to your own personal time frame and schedule, bearing in mind the age group you are working with and their level of learning and understanding.
